Time to Talk Day – Thursday 1st February 2018
Time to Talk Day is taking place this Thursday, 1st February – wherever you are, you can talk about mental health.
Time to Talk Day is the day to get the nation talking about mental health.
It’s a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.
It’s easy to think there’s no right place to talk about mental health. But the more we talk about it, the better life is for all of us.
Wherever you are – at home, at work or up the top of mountain! – have your conversation about mental health
Find everything you need to start the conversation; or if you’re not sure how to get started or you’d like more ideas on the website www.time-to-change.org.uk/
On the website you can:
- sign up to the Thunderclap – this will post a message to your chosen social media account on Thursday morning
- download a communications pack full of ideas and tips for everything from running an event to posting on social media
- add your event to the map so other people can find it.
Join the conversation online and see what other people are saying and planning.
Together, we’re changing the way people think and act about mental health.
